Singapore’s latest Government Land Sales (GLS) programme features a strong slate of 11 new residential sites, including premium plots in Newton, Tanjong Rhu, Dover and Bedok. In addition, two EC (Executive Condominium) parcels have been placed on the slate to support continued upgrader demand from HDB households.
